These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Freshown, a brand operated by Rajen LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Freshown", "we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit.

  1. PRODUCTS AND INTENDED USE

Freshown Daily Dental Spray is an oral care product intended for use on dogs. It is intended to support everyday oral hygiene. It is not a medication, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition in any animal.

Freshown is not a substitute for professional veterinary care, including professional dental cleaning. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. If your dog is unwell, is on medication, or is being treated for any condition, consult a licensed veterinarian before using this or any new product.

  1. PRICING, ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). We may change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, including where a product is unavailable, where there is an error in pricing or product information, or where we suspect fraud. If we decline your order after payment, we will refund you in full.

We try to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. Product images are illustrative; packaging may vary.

  1. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Shipping timelines, delay notification, and your right to cancel a delayed order are set out in our Shipping Policy. Eligibility and process for returns and refunds are set out in our Refund & Return Policy. Both are incorporated into these terms.

  1. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, not to interfere with its operation, and not to copy, scrape, or resell its content without our written permission.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — text, images, graphics, logos, and the Freshown, Saliva-Match, and Saliva Gap marks — is owned by or licensed to Rajen LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our prior written consent.

  1. USER SUBMISSIONS

If you send us reviews, photographs, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to give and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

  1. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

This site may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except where the law does not allow it, this site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Individual results vary from dog to dog. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any particular outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rajen LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of this site or our products, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of this site or our products will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rajen LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your purchase will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

  1. MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right or remedy you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence — including, where applicable, the United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia — where those laws cannot be excluded by agreement. Where any provision of these terms conflicts with such a right, that right prevails and the rest of these terms continue to apply.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the effective date above.

  1. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding this site and your purchase.
